I shopped online for one of these products & found some of them quite pricey. This one looked as if it would be simple to use & easy to fold & store away when not needed. It's much stronger than it looks & I'm considering buying the larger size for those REALLY big yard jobs. I would recommend this highly.

The "Bag Buddy" is junk! No way to secure bag; add something to the bag and it pulls off the frame. Frame only has two sides and sways uncontrollably with or without bag. Can't move frame without it falling apart. No instructions at all. I have similar bag frames that are so much better. This is getting returned!

Was going to use these for recycle bins to put next to the regular trash cans at a Softball Tournament I was involved with. They were much smaller than I was expecting and will be returning them as they were not used.

Great for holding 40+ gal plastic trash bags open. Highly recommended with the following caveat:
To move around the loaded or partially loaded bag and holder you need to secure the rods at the bottom of the Bag Buddy in their sockets. I use a couple of medium length bungee cords to encircle the frame just above the plastic rod holders. With this addition Bag Buddies are quite robust, without it the they are quite fragile.

I have used everything from a cardboard holder to a product called trash and stash. Nothing worked! The bag buddy product is the easiest and best thing for the plastic bags.
