Installed two of these, one seems to stay on all the time; appears the photocell is not working.
I didn't think too much about the upward facing photocell, but realize that in time debris may affect the photocell's sensitivity. Also, when placed under an eave the upward facing photocell causes the light to remain on longer than needed. Of note, most dusk-to-dawn lights and photocell's in general ALL point horizontally (not vertically like this unit).
