I first tried this product while pregnant as an alternative to the discomfort of shaving my legs. The first time, they were smooth, and it took a couple of weeks before the hair started to grow back. After the second use, it took almost a month for the hair to grow back. Now I only have to use them every 3-4 months! I haven't shaved my legs in over 3 years and they're baby smooth! Each time the hair grows back, it grows back finer; more like fuzz instead of stubble. I recommend this product to other women all of the time. AND I'm still using the discs from the first package. I started with the purple discs and now that the hair is finer, use the pink discs. A FABULOUS investment for the price considering I would have spent wat more than [$] on razors and shaving gel over the past three years. I was shocked to see an unfavorable review of this product. Perhaps the user didn't use the product long term? I would also not used on broken, damaged, or sunburned skin since you must rub the product vigorously in small circles against the skin.
