It is easy to assemble/ just remember do not tighten the screws until all screws have been placed. Then go back and tighten all screws. Takes two adults about two hours to unpack and put together. The only thing bad is how it looks from the rear. I sprayed it with matching paint since it is on a paver patio and put pavers around the bottom to make it look more built in look . Have gotten lots of compliments. Easy to put together

This is a very attractive fireplace. Easy to put together. Lines up easily if you don't tighten screws till they are all in, then go back and tighten. I used duraflame roasting logs for easy firestarting and so we could roast marshmallows. I put mine on a wooden deck, so I purchased about 12 slate tiles and made a platform to put fireplace on for safety and the look was beautiful. This is the nicest fireplace I've seen for the money. VERY HAPPY!!

It took an hour to setup, instructions were good. Unit looks good and has plenty of room for a roaring fire. Keeps smoke away from you and throws off good heat.

I have this for a year now and I have no complaints. It looks nice and have had many complements. I started to assemble it alone and later needed help. To cover it I purchased a large grill cover and it fits great. A bunge cord keeps it in place and protects it from the elements. I would recomend this item and have to others. It's not a high end outdoor firepace, but it worth the money.

What a piece of junk and a waste of money!!! We bought the house and the fireplace was already sitting in the backyard. It looks good , but the first winter we lost one piece, then the next... I guess it's not ment for a cold climate, because all the pieces are glued ... We live in southern Oklahoma and it will not do well in 20 degrees frost. Don't waste your money!!!! Piece of junk!!!!

I purchased an earlier version of this fireplace 5 years ago, it has sat out in my back yard in the elements, not to bad here in Northern California, it has some rust but it works very well, easy to clean as long as you dont let it get to dirty. We use it even in the summer to make smores and enjoy the camping atmosphere. It is starting to show some warpage of the rear wall, but we do keep a big fire, 3 to 4 logs burning at a time so it is expected.
This model is more attractive by far, lets hope it holds up as well as my older one.

What a great product... Fits on my deck perfectly, rich looking, burns evenly, clean up after each burn is easy with the pull out tray. You can even get a cover to preserve it from the elements. If you are tired of the smoke hitting you in the face from a fire pit or don't have the deep pockets for brick or stone, this unit will do the trick.Oh yeah - Ace Hardware is the best.
