Epoxy floor finish, scrubbed with degreaser, rinsed, dryed. Best conditions for adhesive. Applied as directed, put 200# of pressure, let adhesive set for a day. Within 2 days it came loose. Reapplied, but it keeps coming loose. Now the adhesive tape has come off the stop.

The best thing about this unit is the wife no longer bangs her car into the garage wall. There is no tennis balls bouncing off your head when walking through the garage and there is no silly little red lights the wife has problems seeing
