After calling Whirlpool I bought some of their washer cleaner with no difference in the mold odor. I went to Ace to buy Smelly Washer Cleaner and after just 1 hot soak my washer smells like new! It took even less to remove mildew odor from my towels.

I tried bleach, vinegar and every other washer cleaner out there but FINALLY found something that takes mold smell from my washer! You can use it to get rid of mildew odor from towels too! They don't list their ingredients to prove they are all natural but is SO nice to have a washing machine that doesn't stink like a sewer!
