Comments about Strypeeze® Paint & Varnish Remover (01103) - 4 Pack:
At first I tried waiting the 15 to 30 minutes....and easily figured this wasnt the way to go. Once the stuff starts drying the paint seals right back down. So I started spreading it on a 6 x 12inch area and after about 5 min I took a stiff scraper to it. That worked well, but then I tried the really coarse refinishing scrubby that I bought at the paint store. That really worked. Problem is it gets full of paint and sealer or whatever you are removing, and you have to run it under water and slap it against the side of the sink to get the particles out so you can use it again. Paint thinner might work on it, but I didnt have any. Cleaning it is worth it though, for how fast it works. So while I'm working on one small area, I have another small area coated. Just remember...you have to work with it while its wet. And after I had an area pretty well clean, I would clean the scrubby and put some of the strypeeze on the scrubby and go back over the area again. It really cleaned things up. I worked in the garage with the door open and a fan blowing for the fumes.

Comments about Strypeeze® Paint & Varnish Remover (01103) - 4 Pack:
I actually use two strippers in my furniture shop. Strypeeze is the one I use for vertical surfaces on large pieces, or in detailed carving, simply because it clings to the piece and doesn't run.
I have had consistently good results for years. It is not as fast as some strippers I have used, but the paste-like consistency makes it my choice for areas as I described above.
I would suggest that all new users follow the directions carefully. The mfg. knows the product better than you do...

Comments about Strypeeze® Paint & Varnish Remover (01103) - 4 Pack:
Product did not work. It removed some of the top layer of paint, but mostly just made it crackle. The scraper and wire brush removed some but I think it would have even without this product. Waiting longer, and reapplying did not help.
