one side of my house had orange mold on it. I just have a regular painted home. Sprayed it on waited 10 mins came back rinsed, still had some orange, sprayed again, waited, rinsed it, was gone the second time. On my garage door it was black and green real nasty mold. same thing did it twice. not all of it came off. It was really bad mold. went outside later, all the mold was gone. it continues to work after you rinse. if you just have the green mold one wash rinse should be good as it continues to work after rinse. pretty strong stuff. the fumes are really strong. I was trying not to breathe it in. you definetly need to be in a ventilated area.

Was quoted $300.00 to powerwash my home, which is a two story. Only needed northern side cleaned so I went to my local Ace Hardware to purchase another product and they showed me this one for immediate results. Worked great! Would purchase larger bottle next time as it only did two sections of my home up to the second floor. Great value for the price.

This product works great on vinyl siding. To get rid of black mold, it took 2 applications; green mold 1 application. Also works well on concrete sidewalk.

I needed to clean railings and spindles made of composit material. I stopped at an Ace store, (Englewood, NJ), and they didn't have this product so they sold me product FG502 which is in a trigger spray bottle applicator.
About 90% of the cleaning was done and I went to my loocal Ace, (Northvale, NJ), to purchase more. The people never heard of FG502 but sold me this cleaner. I was able to get the job finished. Now, 90% was completed with a 32 oz. bottle of FG502 and the other 10% with about half of the FG511 product, (about 25 oz).
I will say that in favor of "House Wash", that the cleaning I was doing was small and there was alot of waste in over spray. I used the remaining product to clean some siding and it worked well to an extent. I was able to reach just over the 1st story of the house and then it was just like watching a fountain. With half the container remaining, I was only able to do an area of about 150 sq.ft. I am not sur how 4000 sq.ft. of coverage can be obtained.
My recommendation would be on the usage and the reach needed.
