My apartment is above my dog kennel of 3 large dogs. Odor from urin is under control with this product.I hose it down and spray the eliminator on, it dries and really works It is wonderful.

We returned from a 5 week trip to find numerous pet accidents in our den. We've tried a few products to remove the smell. We mixed 3 oz. of Unique Complete with 21 oz. of very warm water and poured (soaked) a smelly spot with all 24 oz. The berber carpet doesn't dry very well, so we let the spot begin to air dry immediately. The smell was improved for the first 4 days, but the spot was still wet, so we placed a fan on it to help it dry out. The next day, the spot began to turn brown and started to smell as it dried, so we removed the fan. After 6 days, the smell is stronger than the original odor and the entire spot is brown. The companies website doesn't provide any instructions for what to do now. We are very unsatisfied. Other products we used were much simpler to use and dried faster. We're upset because the baby can't play in the den until the odor and stain are gone. I wish I had never used this product.
