Comments about Back to Basics® Steam Canner (400A):
This canner uses a lot less water than the immersion type so heats it to boiling much faster. You save water, fuel, & time. You can also turn it upside down to use the "top" as a pot. Its biggest drawback is that the rack tends to get rusty.
