This product has been my best friend in my kitchen. I cannot live without it. I bought my first one 3 years ago and have worn out one of the holder hinges that the cover attaches to. I knew with as much as I use it, that I would need a replacement eventually. Well, yesterday it happened, but I was still able to complete my vegetable chopping because the stainless steel blades did not suffer at all. Today I will purchase a new one as I can't imagine cooking without it!
