Went dow easy and dried quickly - I used four five gallon containers for about 900 square feet and felt it was solid good coverage. PUt it on around sky light with brush and over the rest of the roof with an 18 inch roller. Took about two days total. I was having leaks around a couple skylights and think this will do the trick - went right over the tar.

Only product I have found to date that can water proof a plywood deck without a membrane. Because its limited time on the market, I would not pick this product for enclosed spaces - further testing would be needed to attain that comfort level. It is, however a perfect application for an elevatated deck that provides a usable space below it. I now have an exterior room next to my living area where I can use upholstered furniture, recessed lighting, accessories and draperies. It went down easy, two coats were adequate for the whole deck, but I added an extra round at the seams and junctions. Great stuff!
