Charger has a white button in it's side no info in inst. push button nothing happens can not contact mfg co to find out what it is for, or what it does.

I used the first one almost every day until it would no longer take a charge. I never had a complaint about it. The charge on the battery was excellent. I am not sure if you are the same company who made the first ones, but if you are, you sure had a better mouse trap with the old on. Now I have two sweepers and neither battery will charge. The G2 is the one I just opened even though I have had it too long to return. I was so sure the old one was going to go out that I bought one so I would not be without a sweeper.
