Just put it in, replace one with broken housing and rusted out. It is very easy to use. When replacing a garbage disposal, use the same brand and you don't have to change the part attached to the sink. Just twist, and snap back in after replacing the two hoses. If you don't have a dishwaster then it is even easier. 30 mins...tops...
