I don't know what toilet seat Sharon bought, but I have tried several different manufactures for soft toilet seats and Bemis can't be beat for support. Most soft seats generally have thick cardboard inside that eventually gets soft and sags but Bemis has actual wood and retains its stiffness.

This was purchased to replace a previous soft toilet seat. Very disappointed with this brand. Low price.. but you get what you pay for. Would consider a premium seat with hopeful better quality and thicker cushioning.
