I like the looks of this faucet that is comparable in style to more expensive models. I own quite a few Peerless products, but the downside is that in order to keep the selling price down, inferior workmanship and materials were used in the manufacturing. The handles are a bit wobbly and the pop-up assembly is all plastic. In the installation of the pop-up if you get the pivot nut started crooked it may continue to tighten as if it's on straight, but it will not seal. Worse, because it's plastic, it will never tighten properly after that. I had to use plumbers tape to seal and I'm still not sure this will continue to work over the long haul...so I now have a drip pan under the sink as a permanent fixture. poor people have poor ways. It is a good faucet for the money, but the cheaper Peerless faucets would probably have served just as well.

The design looks good in our older home but it has far too many parts for the average home owner who might install a faucet once or twice in a lifetime. I would recommend that the design be changed so the homeowner does not have to deal with as many parts for easier installation.
