With a granite counter top and undermount bowl (a very common sink from the big home improvement store) the mechanism to activate the pop-up isn't long enough. I called the faucet manufacturer and they claimed they never had this problem and were unable to provide a solution. They suggested I return it and try a faucet by the sink company. The Ace store had no solution either. I bought the Ace product for it's price and appearance. To use it I will have to jury rig an extension for the pop-up control.....UNACCEPTABLE!!!
