I do not understand the comments about cleaning a stopper or any other problems.
Whatever problem you have with your plumbing or uninstalling your previous plumbing is not the fault of this faucet. I am not a professional plumber and it took me 10 mins to uninstall my old faucet and install this new one.
The hot and cold water run perfect, the stopper holds the water. No leaks. Seems to work perfect for me.

I have installed this faucet in our vacation rental house as part of our main bathroom upgrade. Very, easy to install. I'm 61 years old and have bought and installed many faucets over the years and this faucet is a piece of cake. The price is very reasonable and great quality for the money. Looks great, a bit classy, and cleans up well. The reviewer who said something about cleaning the hair out must not know how to clean the drain line trap under the sink ... very easy process. I recommend this product.

The clean out part has nothing to do with the faucet itself. you can easily replace the stopper if you want one that screws in. It takes between five to ten minutes. Almost anyone can do it. A plumber could do three in different rooms in under thirty minutes.

Normal bathroom sink faucets have a stopper that unscrews so you can clean out hair, etc. We all know that if you don't, you will end up with a plumber having to clean out the mess that eventually stops up the pipes. I was told by the Oak Brook people that you have to disassemble it from under the sink to clean it out. Are you kidding?!?!?! Any designer who has thought about this product should have made cleaning a priority and easy. To literally have to disassemble the faucet from under the sink to do regular cleaning is absurd. Too late for me: I have already had a plumber install 3 of them. So I can not return them without a huge cost. Too bad Oak Brook didn't make it clear on the box so that you can make a clear choice. REALLY BAD DESIGN AND SHOULDN'T BE SOLD.
