Poorly engineered. Spigot o-rings have improper thermal coefficient and bind when hot water is used. Binding then torques the faucet mount, eventually breaking the plastic nut.

I had the same complaint as previous purchaser. The entire faucet disengaged from mount, but not before becoming increasingly difficult to swing from side to side.

After a few months the water nozzle becomes very difficult to swivel between the two sinks in a twin sink. Tech support says to loosen screws underneath whihc are difficult to access, but that only makes the faucet wobble. Still no easier to swivel. Not a great design. It was cheap. and it is cheap.
