Bought this Faucet to replace an old one on my Laundry Room Tub. The pull out faucet makes it so much easier to rinse anything and to also keep the tub itself clean. Definetly a keeper. Easily installed. Have not had any plumbing problems and the water pressure is adequate. Recommend Highly!

This type of faucet is difficult to find at the other big home improvement stores. Ace had it on-line at a reasonable price. I picked it up at the local store in less than a week. For anyone that has small pets to wash, this faucet is perfect when installed on the laundry tub. Installation was easy and required no additional parts to install.

I love the pullout feature of this faucet, and the original tiny faucet on my utility sink didn't cut the mustard. I could not find any utility sink faucets with the pullout feature for less than $100, but was delighted when I found this one at such a reasonable price. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a sink that I use occasionally. The faucet seems to be made of plastic with a chrome paint. It's not top quality, but it does the job. One odd aspect is that the knobs turn in opposite directions as compared to other faucets. I love the pullout feature to easily wash larger items placed in the sink, plus it makes it easy to rinse out the sink. All in all, I am satisfied with the faucet for the price. But, since it is not very durable and make of plastic, I am deducting 2 stars. (I award 3 stars for price and features.) If you are looking for something more durable and heavy duty, I suggest finding one made of metal at a higher price. Otherwise, this might be a good fit for you, too!
