IT TOOK US FOREVER TO KEEP BOTH LEGS ON EACH FLAMINGO LONG ENOUGH TO QUICKLY STICK THEM IN THE GROUND. FIRST ONE LEG WOULD FALL OFF.. AND BY THE TIME I HAD THAT ONE ON AGAIN,THE OTHER ONE WOULD COME OFF. IT WAS THIS DIFFICULT WITH 2 ADULTS (and 4 hands) WORKING TOGETHER ON EACH BIRD!!!! I DON'T SEE HOW JUST ONE PERSON WOULD STAND A CHANCE!
WHEN WE FINALLY GOT BOTH INTO THE GROUND, I WANTED TO CHANGE THE POSITION OF ONE JUST A BIT.. BUT I DIDN'T EVEN TRY BECAUSE I KNEW IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TRYING TO PUT THEM BACK IN THE GROUND.
THIS IS REALLY A SHAME BECAUSE THE COLORING OF THE FLAMINGOS IS LOVELY, AND THE POSITION ANGLES OF THE BIRDS GO TOGETHER WELL.
IT'S ALSO A VERY GOOD PRICE... HOWEVER, THIS MEANS NOTHING WHEN IT'S NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO POSITION THE FLAMINGOS IN YOUR YARD!

I wanted some plastic Flamingos to lighten up my serious looking "spa" bathroom. First I bought a flamingo from a local garden store. It just looked cheap. Then I decided to buy the original Featherstone Flamingos. They are really works of art in their own right with a rich history. The detail and the beautiful eyes are what sets them apart.
