I bought this for my son-in-law after using this same model for several years in Rebuilding Together projects. I've used it to clean up entire houses after construction. It works great. I clean my car with mine. Once a careless volunteer broke the wheels of the vacuum base. I e-mailed the company asking where I could buy a replacement base. They sent a replacement base free. Can't beat that for company support.

I have used their products for a long time and overall I am very satisfied. The power is great and can pick up pretty much anything. The attachments don't always work as well as having the bare hose, but come in handy in certain situations. My model is fairly lightweight and has wheels to make it easy to move around. Any clogging is only due to picking up bigger objects, not the vacuum itself. I mostly use my shop-vac to clean the interior of my car so the capacity is plenty enough for me. My only complaints are having no true handle to carry up steps when the wheels can't be used and the loud noise, which I understand comes from the extra power compared to other vacuums. I suggest buying an adapter for the 3 prong plug since you will have to use an extension with the 6 ft. cord. I would recommend this shop-vac to anyone looking for a powerful vacuum that does a variety of jobs.

I use this unit to vac ALL of our hardwood floors (one bathroom, kitchen & living room,) before moping them, its so much faster & works A LOT BETTER than any broom I've ever used!!! Its AWESOME for getting cobwebs down... We also use it to clean our front porch which has indoor outdoor carpet.... It is also what we use to clean both our SUV's!!!!!! We love it & have absolutely no cons to report!!!!
