Just purchased this over a month ago and just love the size and the way it grills. Grills food evenly with no flare ups because of cover over burner. Easy to clean grate and love the opportunity that you can put flavored wood chips on it to add extra flavoring to the meat. Great space saver and portable on our deck to top it off for convience.

I bought this Char-Broil Patio Bistro Gas Grill about a week before Memorial Day, and assembled it during the holiday weekend. Assembly took just over an hour, with a couple of issues, one being the wheel caps, and the other being the ignitor wire being close to the grease trap. After assembly, and firing up the grill to burn off oils on the grilling surface, I cooked some boneless chicken with a mesquite marinade on the grill. The results were fantastic: the chicken was moist and juicy on the inside, with excellent sear marks on the outside. I've also done burgers, hot dogs, steaks, and boneless pork chops, and so far, haven't had a bad result from this infrared cooking system. You can even put dry wood chips directly on the grill, to give your food a more smoky flavoring. Cleaning is more involved with the Patio Bistro, because of the grate surface, with the holes in the grate that have to be kept clean. If you follow the owners manual for cleaning the grill, it shouldn't be much of a hassle. For a small grill to pack this big of a cooking punch, the Patio Bistro Infrared Grill is really a beast.

Bought it from Noblesville Indiana, [...] been using it, sometimes five times a week since getting it in June, really fast, I grill chicken, pork, beef, and of course, hot dogs. Find it easy to use, quick to heat up, the only issue is the handle seems to loosen up, will remove screws and put a washer behind the head, suspect the screws bottoming out so handle seems loose. Othewise, it looks good, solid, and just the thing for people grilling at apartments, small decks and porches.Would recomend anyone looking for a small tough grill to give this one the once over and they won't have to shop any further, [...]

Best Grill I've ever owned, have always owned the great big double gas grills, decided my last one was to big, to hard to keep clean and to hard to maneuver!! So I ditched the double grill and purchased This Charbroil Patio Bistro after seeing it at neighborhood Hardware Store....have to admit coming from the "Big Daddy" of gas grills I wasn't expecting much when my husband was grilling our first set of burgers and steaks on our new Charbroil Bistro Grill.....However....I was blown away by how tender/juicy/tasty/fast the burgers/steaks were!! We use our new Charbroil Bistro several times a week and We LOVE IT!!

We've had the grill for two months and use it at least twice a week. We've have yet to experience a result less than great. We grill beef, pork, chicken, fish, and vegetables all with really great results.
Cleaning the grill takes a bit more time than our old grill, but it's still rather easy.

I bought this gril about a month ago and it's the BEST grill I have ever used hands down. Takes up very little room but you can grill at least 5 steaks to prefection. There is very little clean up if you leave the grill on for 5-10 minutes after you finish grilling.

This grill is great. I've been using it several times a week since I bought it. Everything has come out nice and juicy even the cheap pre-formed patties. Assembly went well, I was done in about 2 hours(I took my time). There is a small learning curve to grill with Infrared. The company site gives some great tips. Fits my deck very nicely. I've made sure to keep the grate slots very clean.
