This can be used between two trees or posts. It is easy to hang and very comfortable. I take it off the hooks when I don't use it for long periods of time and roll it up and store it on my porch. I love it!

This hammock was disappointing. Very loose rope and came with a knot that was detached from the wooden support bar (poor quality control). I returned it to the store.
