I was really surprised at how powerfull this fan is, even on the lowest of three settings. I would have liked a lower setting to just circulate the air rather than getting "blown away"! And, even on it's lowest setting it is pretty loud.
That being said, I still gave it 4 stars, because it is on a really good sturdy base,seems to be well made,it's attractive looking, made in the USA, and can clear out the room of cigarette smoke in less than a minute!
I am very pleased with this fan and would definately recomend it.
