I have had no problems with these lights right out of the box. Since they are in the garage, the cold weather hasn't been a problem with operation.

I just hung the light, installed the bulbs and turned on. One light flashed for a second, and then nothing. I've turned the bulbs around, used contact cleaner on all exposed parts, and tried jiggling bulbs with power on. I get an ocassional flash, but that's it. The price is right, install very simple (I needed to buy my own drywall screws and hook though), but if it doesn't work right off, what's the point? Reviews of similar model on Home Depot website cite similar problems.
