Comments about Black & Decker(r) Rechargeable Mulching Mower (CM1936-0):
Use on medium-size lawn. Height adjustment is very simple. Charge bettery outside the mower. Enjoy that I can leave it hooked up for a week and charge won't diminish over time. Store folded in garage. Easy to forget mulching plug. Easy enough to maneuver around trees and landscaping. Plenty of power to vacuum up twigs and leaves. Great product.

Comments about Black & Decker(r) Rechargeable Mulching Mower (CM1936-0):
For years I had a Black & Decker electric mower with a cord. I loved the mower but hated dragging the cord around. Now I have a bigger lawn and wanted a cordless mower. I've had this one a month and am enjoying using it. The only drawback for me is having to mow my lawn in segments since it's about 1/2 acre and that is too much to mow in one battery charge. However it could be an advantage since I just went thru chemo and the frequent mowing is good exercise for me.

Comments about Black & Decker(r) Rechargeable Mulching Mower (CM1936-0):
We have a large, sloping backyard. This mower is lightweight and maneuvers easily. I am an out-of-shape female and handle it with little exertion. Easy to start, runs quiet, good battery life. Heavy wet grass will slow it down and sap the battery faster.

Comments about Black & Decker(r) Rechargeable Mulching Mower (CM1936-0):
I use it on a medium size property and it cuts both front and back yards with battery power to spare. My lawn is a mix of zoysia and fescue grasses. I have it set for 2 inches in height and it does a nice clean even cut in both bagging and mulching modes. I love that you can just put in the key and start cutting - no more starter rope pulling - and it's very easy to clean after each use. The battery is removable for easy recharging, and the mower stores on end so it doesn't take up too much space in my shed. The only downside is that it is a bit heavy to push, but that is a small tradeoff for a great mower.

I got mine a month ago at Ace in Cornelius via shipped up from Atlanta GA.
I did a lot of research on electric mowers and as I have 7000 sq. ft of lawn and prefer to mulch-mow, was still a bit skeptical about the battery life. This past weekend was the third mowing and with the grass higher and thicker than the first two mows it still "just worked". It doesn't seem heavier to me than push gas mowers, and I love that it's on / off with a pull of the bar. I edged after mulch-mowing and then used the bagger to vacuum up the edger trimmings. You do have to make a few more passes than with a 22 inch deck, but I treat the mowing like a workout as I have a desk job so no issues there. We'll see how the battery lasts, but so far, Great!

- Lift out battery
- One hand adjusting height
- Powerful 36V battery

Comments about Black & Decker(r) Rechargeable Mulching Mower (CM1936-0):
Purchased 2 weeks ago. Right out of the box, this mower had to tackle a thick, wet, and overgrown lawn. It did it with ease. We've had a cord style electric mower and run into issues with the grass clogging. This mower did exceptionally well. It's not perfect on catching all the grass. But it comes close. Our lawn is approx. 1,600 sq ft and the battery still has power left over. Mowing up hills can be a challenge since there is no traction assist. And the handle height could be difficult for someone who's short to navigate corners, etc. But overall I would recomend this mower, hands down. It's the best the market offers in a cordless design.

Lift out battery is great, as well as one click wheel adjustment for cutting height. Instant off functionality is a real plus also.
