This product is great for a cost effective resuface of old concrete with small cracks. To avoid problems the concrete needs to be etched with acid. Also, in areas with frequent freezing do not use the restore roller. The roller leaves an uneven surface that will hold water. This is a newer product for us so we can't attest to long term results. As per the direction do not apply to slick finnish surfaces without additional steps to prep the surface.

Do not use on FINSIHED SMOOTH concrete, as the box says. Works great otherwise and yes it does fix worn out concrete, especially the edges and makes it 10 times nicer. The roller they supply makes the texture somewhat bumpy and pocketed. Wouldn't use that finish where it freezes / lots of water. Get a different one if you want a smoother texture or use a brush too and then light roller. Got it for 50% off as a bargin. Think there may be nicer stuff (tile, acrylic, epoxy, stain, other) but the cost $$$ would be triple and I needed something that would fix the chipped, uneven, worn areas.

I applied the product 1 year ago and live in the west with cold winters. I also have heavy furniture on the patio. It has held up amazingly well. Definitely follow the instructions. do not try to try to cover more area than recommended.

This is the worse product! Not only was using the roller a waste of time,( I had to use a brush on the sidewalk bec. it wouldn't roll evenly) the whole thing is cracking off in pieces now that winter is gone. I am selling the house and it looks bad! What a waste of time and money.
