In a word: AWESOME! I used this washer today for over 8 consecutive hours. Cleaned the siding on my home, the gutters, and a 1000 sq. ft. patio/deck. Unit was continually in operation the entire time. NO PROBLEMS WHAT-SO-EVER!
I would most assuredly purchase this item again and recommend it to anyone interested in an electric pressure/power washer!

Just purchased to use on garden equipment, clean tools and greenhouse walls. The water flow micro-switch did not work out of the box. Design of rack for storing wands, power cord and high pressure hose is poor - to easily store the power cord the wands need to be removed. It takes both hands to seat the wands in their holder. The pressure hose has to be removed to store it on the storage reel. When the power cord is stored it is blocking access to the pressure hose connection.

Such a fast and easy machine to use. I typlically don't like to hook my gas power washer up because of the noise and just trying to start the engine. Click of a button and a snap of the hose and I'm cleaning away. Its actually been a fun product for my wife whom would have never used the gas machine I own.

Own booth gas and now an electric power washer. I find the AR383 to be so easy I have a hard time going back to my powerful gas machine. The AR383 is certainly powerful enough to do my patio, house, outdoor furniture, cars, windows and garage floor. Great product all around. Customer service was fantastic but called once; my fault.

I bought this washer to clean a deck and to have around to wash cars. I spent over 3 hours trying to figure out why it leaked so bad around the hose. There is a "filter" that is screwed onto the end of the hose and then into the fitting of the pressure washer. They were both screwed on very tight and leaked terrible. I finally discovered that the fitting that was between the filter and the machine was missing a washer. I had to purchase a washer but it stopped that leak. The other leak from where the filter piece connected to the hose...I could not get it to stop leaking so I purchased a new hose thinking maybe the end of the garden hose was off on its threading or something. Wrong! Spent $30 more dollars on the hose...still leaks. I went ahead and ran it with squirting water....after 15 minutes...the motor burnt up!!!!!! Are you serious...what junk!!

This is a piece of junk. I bought it 15 months ago and the motor is burnt up already. I used it for light household work, e.g. washing cars, cleaning patio area etc. The previous power washer that I bought for a lot less than this one, lasted 5 years. This one died shortly after the warranty period expired.

Pretty good overall. The wand is a piece of junk, but so are all what come with competing products so that is to be expected. The wand leaked a bit near the head, but it was still effective. The bottom line is this is better than what I found at other stores for the price range. The sound was pretty quiet as well - about as loud as a gas station air compressor.
