Assemble carefully & it won't be so wobbly. Had a good fire going in this last night & it held up to it. when we first started the fire, it billowed black smoke for several minutes. i think either the paint or some residue was burning off the fire pan. it looks fine this am. no damage to the pan or finish. all in all, it's a good fire pit for the price.
ps: it's a good idea to wet down the grass & ground around the fire pit in case sparks come out.

We thought we would use this to burn branches and also for outdoor gatherings. It worked fine at first but (was probably our fault) once it got wet it rusted pretty quickly and pretty bad and was sort of flimsy anyways. I bought this when it was a red hot buy so we really didn't lose too much on it - I got rid of it and hope to have a nicer fire pit one day.

A great little inexpensive fire-pit. The tool included is OK for removing the hot screen dome, but you will want to use more substantial fireplace tools as pokers. Make sure you totally drown the ashes.

Easily transportable & light weight. Spring loaded pins that lock legs are a blessing. Recommend 2 people to do the initial minor assembly out of box. If given as a gift, don't wrap box, assemble & present in zippered carry bag with a bow. This will allow the recipient to view their gift seconds after opening.

I previously owned a 22.5" version of this fire pit, which I paid about the same price for. This one is a good size so you can really get a decent fire going. It's easy to assemble and set up and break down is a breeze. The carrying bag is nice but be careful with it as it seems like it could rip pretty easily.
