The Mial Box replaced an old wood post mail box. Easy to dig the hole with a post hole digger. Once the post is in correct the mail box go over the post and 4 screw hold the box to the pole. The Box snaps on the top of the fixture. Only problem was to snap in the doors (front and back) was the only problem. People on the street said it does look great.

Removed old mail box and post, cleared the post hole with an ACE post hold dinger. Drop 4 foot post into hole that was 30 inches deep. packed dirt back around the post. Slide the Rubber Made mail box base over post, secure with 4 screws. Slide and lock the base for the mail box, then place the mail box ob base by snapping into the slots.
Only problem was the mail box had to carefully lined up with the base to be able to lock in place.
