I have an old house and door opening is only 78 inches high 31 inches wide. I was able to custom cut door to fit opening. I installed my own hardware, it turned out very nice. One thing i did was removed screen and painted the door. I replaced screen and it looks profesionally installed. Great door for the money. Two thumbs up.

hardware should be rustproof on this exterior door. after only three months, the screws attached to the screenframe began to rust. duh..., it's an exterior door.
