Not sure of the long term quality of the unit or how it will stand up in time. it is a replacement for an older 14.4 unit which is almost impossible to obtain resonable priced batteries for any more.

one can use it for home and commercial uses and handyman services and that whats great that it has gut to do most any job/task you give it and has all metal parts inside but what is hot so great is that the batteries r expensive if these die out to replace them

Love the case that it comes in! Helps with storage. Shipping was excellent and the price was better than [@] and customer service was FAR better as well. I bought this for my husband who is a super good handy man. He wanted the impact driver but was excited that he got an extra power tool in the set. The shorter base on the impact driver makes it easier to get in tight spaces. He also loved that it came with two batteries. He specifically said not to get one unless it came with two batteries.Great product!
