It did not have a very good vacuum pressure for the HP. rated for and as a leaf blower is was not strong enough. It did sweeping ok but worthless in the yard. I like the idea, but found it did neither really well. Caster mounts are way to light and I needed to replace several; several times.
My previous Shop Vac could pick up marbles and nails. This one did neither. Very saddened by how poor this worked.

This shop-vac does everything you ask it to...good on carpet and on hard floors. I had to clean my furnace that was sooted up and needed a good shop-vac to keep the soot from going everywhere...with the double filters this was no problem. Excellent product

I have been searching for something to remove the dead fallen leaves from my 3/4" gravel xeriscape. I bought vacuum blowers and they were awkward to handle. I got a smaller shoulder strapped model and it sucked up the rocks. I tried ShopVac and used a dimmer switch to lower the rpms and amount of suction. That seemed to work. However, I then noticed a picture on the box that showed the blower tip with leaves around it. I attached the blower tip and faced the opening upward and it worked beautifully for snatching leaves from atop the rocks. Then I discovered it was a blower tip. What a great accidental discovery. Didn't need the dimmer either. Nice vacuum all around. Not sure where to put all of the attachments I don't really need. Probably will run a small rope through all of them and hang them in the shed.

I am an avid woodworker, so I have lots of debris after a day of cutting, routing, planing, scraping, and sanding. This vacuum has plenty of power to tackle all my dry pickup needs. I really like the 8' lock-on hose feature and the 18' power cord eliminates the need for an extension cord. The removable blower unit feature works great to blow off my equipment after things get covered in sawdust and shavings. The blower unit also doubles as a very powerful leaf blower for yard cleanup. It has a dry filter cartridge with a sturdy wire mesh inside that allows one to easily remove and clean the filter. The inside of the tank has smooth edges that help with fast emptying of the tank. Another great feature is the four year warranty
The tool holder is too flimsy – should be made of heavier material. The vacuum is listed as a wet/dry unit but does NOT come with the foam sleeve required for wet pickup.
