- Very Bad
Comments about Craftsman 3/8in Dual Drive Ratchet (00943995):
I received this tool as a gift.Light home use and it stopped working on second use in three days.I have used craftsman tools for over 60 years. I never had a craftsman tool failure Until about the last 6 years and every craftsman tool I have acquired has not lasted for more than 4 months with the exception of a 12in band saw. It lasted 53 weeks before it cratered. One week out of warranty. It bothers me that a name like craftsman has become so bad. The craftsman name stood for quality and durability that lasted a life time. I have a scroll saw that was made in 1940 and a jointer made in 1945 that still work.
