Comments about Reliance 60.5in 50Gal Electric Water Heater (9-50-EKRT):
This unit started losing temperature after 2 months. The tech people (with the exception of Savannah) had no idea what they were talking about and the local service provider they gave me had never heard or them. That meant the "warranty" was that I call a plumber and pay him to fix it. Or figure out how to fix a broken internal part myself.
