How to Make Halloween Light Ghosts
Step 1 Draw the Eyes
Begin with a glass lamp shade. Frosted tulip shades work best for this. Use your paint pen to draw eyes on the glass shade. Get creative!
Step 2 Flip Over and Add Fairy Lights
Flip the light shades over. Place the battery-powered lights underneath the glass shades. Display them inside or outside your home, or anywhere you want to add a spooky glow for Halloween!
