Ingredients
- 2 cans Biscuit Dough, Large Size, Honey Butteruse tube dough
- Taste Cinnamon, Ground
- ¾ cup Sugar, Granulated – Cane or Beet sugar
- 1 ½ cup Sugar, Brown, Dark
- 1 cup Butter, Salted – melted
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla, extract or paste

Preparation
- Load the Reserve Blend Pellets and Ignite the Traeger Ironwood Grill. Set temp for 375˚
- Move the bottom grill grate to its TOP POSITION
- Separate the biscuit into halves, then cut all halves into 4 pieces
- In a large mixing bowl add the granulated sugar and cinnamon (to taste) and mix well
- Add the biscuit chunks and toss well to combine. Let sit in the sugar mixture until needed
- In a small bowl add the brown sugar, vanilla extract and melted butter. Mix well with a whisk
- Spray the inside of the Bundt pan with cooking spray, or if available with baking spray
- Toss the biscuit chunks again to coat in sugar/cinnamon sugar
- Arrange biscuit pieces in the bundt pan – do not pack into pan
- Drizzle over the top of the biscuit chunks the butter and brown sugar mixture
- Place in the Traeger and bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and not doughy in middle
- Once fully cooked, using hot mitts, remove the pan from the grill
- Let rest for 5 minutes
- Place a large plate over the bundt pan and using hot mitts or oven gloves, turn the bundt pan over and allow the monkey bread to release onto the plate
- Pull apart and eat while warm and gooey. Enjoy
