Ingredients

  • 2 lbs: Beef Sausage Links, Pre Cooked
  • 4-6 tbsp: Traeger/Ace Reserve Cherry Rub (Or season to taste)
  • ½ cup: Traeger/Ace Apple BBQ Sauce

Cooking Directions

  • Remove all sausage from packaging
  • Load Traeger with Reserve Blend Pellets
  • Ignite Traeger and adjust temp to 450˚ F
  • Using long tongs, Load sausage into the grill and onto the grill grates
  • Cook the sausage at 450˚ F, turning frequently, until the internal temp reaches 155˚ F and sausage is starting to get grill marks and light char
  • Remove sausage from the grill, place on cutting board and cut each link into 6 equal pieces
  • Place cut pieces of sausage back into the 2 aluminum pans (divided out equally)
  • Season with Traeger/Ace Reserve Cherry Rub
  • Add the Traeger/Ace Apple BBQ Sauce
  • Mix well
  • Return to grill and cook for 7-10 minutes or until sauce starts to glaze
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 165˚
  • Remove from Grill, cover, hold hot and serve
