- Fire Honey, 5280 Culinary

Prepare the Chicken Before Grilling
Cluck Chicken Marinade Directions
- Mix Together in a medium sized bowl
- Slice the chicken on a bias to get equal sized pieces. Chicken Medallions
- Place chicken into a heavy duty Ziploc bag/pan/bowl
- Add oil to lightly coat the chicken
- Season to taste with Cluck
- Squeeze out the air and seal the Ziploc bag
- Place in the fridge and allow to soak for 10-15 minutes
How to Make Chicken Breast on at Traeger
Step 1 Preheat the Grill
Pre heat your Traeger Pro780 to 450 Degrees
Step 2 Sear
Place the chicken over the center (fire pot) area and sear on the first side for about 6-8 minutes.
PRO TIP
Visual cue is when chicken starts to turn white around the edges
Step 3 Flip and Sear
Open the lid and flip the chicken then close the lid and sear for an additional 3-4 minutes or until 165 degrees internal temperature.
Step 4 Rest
Remove from the heat and let rest uncovered.
PRO TIP
Resting will result in carry over cooking and temp will usually climb another 3-5 degrees.
