I first must say I have 15 years of painting experience and found the semi gloss not up to par for a paint and primer all in one. Only treat it as a normal paint for prepared surfaces. My project was to paint previosly stained baseboards. I followed Manu reccommendations and sanded the wood and allowed an hour between coats. It took 3 coats of paint plus touch up to cover the base boards. For the price there are better quality paints out there. The paint plus primers seems to be a marketing gimmick.

I used this paint for two dressers and a bookshelf. It took almost a week to not feel "tacky" even in an airconditioned space. It has now been 9 days and anytime it is touched fingerprints remain, not good for furniture. I was told this paint was a premium finish and would leave a "hard shell" once dry. I will not buy it again. Very disappointed in the price for the quality received.

Very thick, hard to get good coverage. Shows brush strokes badly. Definitely needs more than one coat. Will never buy again.

Went shopping for a semi gloss paint w/primer for our newly sheetrocked garage. Was recommended this paint at store. It doesn't cover well and when I tried to go back to fix the spots that were missed, the gloss looks different in those places. It's costly and very thick and doesn't cover very large of a space.

Not happy with this paint! Goes on thick, hard to cover, leaves brush strokes and then dries too fast. And... if that isn't enough, it peels too easily. You can peel back an entire wall if you are not careful. Will never cover in one coat, no matter what you are covering. I switched to the less expensive but far superior Ace Royal brand with excellent results.

I was trying to save some $ and have had good luck with ACE paints before. This C&K paint will not cure or harden like other paints I've used. After 2 months, I still can not sand down rough spots to repaint without big sheets of paint peeling off. I am no amature at this and did my proper prep work, which is always the excuse given when paint doesn't stick. Do yourself a fovor and buy a better quality, name brand paint and save the aggrevation.

This is suppose to have primer in it. It took several coats to cover the wall,took twice as long to use as paint without primer.

This was a new paint for us but, still looking for that perfect paint... We've painted a lot of rooms over the years and have never come across a paint that really does cover in one coat. This paint is fantastic!

I painted 2 rooms that were only slightly darker than the color I was using. It definantly needed 2 coats. For the price, I would have thought that it would cover much better. Even the cutting in took 2 coats which did not save me any time at all.
On a positive note, the color was consistant on the 3 gallons I used.
