About Attic Ladders
Whether in your garage or home, attic space often provides an ideal location for added storage and tapping into these spaces for regular access is as simple as installing an attic stairway. Ace Hardware carries folding and telescoping attic ladders in a variety of sizes to fit your needs.
Typically made from wood or aluminum, many attic access ladders extend to the floor at an angle and fold up neatly overhead when not in use. These pull down attic ladders also require some clearance to swing open. So, if space is tight or you’d prefer creating access in a more discreet location, like a closet, consider installing telescoping aluminum attic ladders that open and close in a vertical fashion.
