I used the Carpet Gripper on an area rug that kept crawling on my carpet. The Carpet Gripper works great, but you have to use a lot of the tape. You can't just tape around the edges. You must tape a full grid on the floor then roll your area rug over it to place the area rug down. The tape is kinda hard to work with, but it does work. My area rug stays in place on the carpet now.

Followed instructions and tried to use on a brand new 2'x4' area rug. The Rug Gripper did not stick to the rug and then when we tried it on the hardwood floor, it didn't hold there either. Very disappointing product.
