Purchased for our second floor Florida condo. Not terribly difficult to assemble and attach to kitchen cabinet below sink. We didn't bother with the flip top. Have used one previously in rentals and found it handy. We use it with plastic bags from the grocery store. We had it delivered to our local ACE store and saved the postage. (Great deal!)
