After a horrible experience with a glue trap that forced me to kill a suffering mouse, I was very happy to find this trap. It worked every time for me and helped remove five mice in one night! Peanut butter has never failed to entice the mice; I'd hear them scurrying inside the trap within ten minutes of turning out the lights!

The product works great; the trick is to put the bait inside the trap. Never had any problems with mice getting back out; make sure that you orient the trap right side down.
Just had a mouse maimed in a kill trap; had to put it down by hand. With this trap, you always get a clean trap without injuring the mouse.
Read the instructions and make sure the trap is in working order before use.

This was the only humane trap I could find in three different stores. What a disappointment. I couldn't get it to slide open to put the bait inside, so I had to lift the top off to open it. Once I did, all of the levers fell loose and it took me thirty minutes to put it back together. It never caught the mouse. I put food out next to the trap and the mouse came and ate that, but never entered the trap. Says it holds four mice, but there's barely room for one. Now I have a pet wild mouse and a worthless trap while I look for a different humane trap.

These do not work. I saw a mouse in it and when I went to pick it up, the mouse got out. It has happened at least five times. Would not buy this product again, I wasted my money on something that does not work.

maybe the mice are to small to activate the ramp when entering? Have not caught a single one while traditional traps placed near it work.
