Comments about ACE HARDWARE Ace® 4in. Brass Twist Hose Nozzle:
My wife had the same brass hose nozzle for over 30 years
until it finally wore out.
I tried to find one like it. This one came closer than
any others found, but the review on the longer Ace nozzle
made me distrust units made in China.
This week we were on vacation. An Ace store was on our way
so we stopped, went in to look, took a chance, and bought
this nozzel after careful examination.
I am a semi-retired engineer. The nozzle appeared to be the
traditional design and looked like it should work.
I promised my wife that if it did not work right I would
make it work in the machine shop.
It works perfectly right out of the package with no
modification needed.
She is outside washing her car with it is as I write.
It sprays where it should and does not leak, even when it
is turned to shut off the water.
We would buy another, but at our ages do not even buy
green bananas.
This one should out last both of us.
