I ordered this rack because it is labeled as "All-Purpose" and I was looking for a rack for cooking bacon in the oven. Most of the others I found were cooling racks for cookies, pies, etc and had some type of coating on them so I figured this one would work in the oven. When I picked it up from my local hardware store it is labeled "Mrs. Anderson's COOLING RACK" with the descriptor "Cooling rack for cookies, pies and cakes". It looks like the picture. I guess I will try it for my purposes but just hope it is oven safe!!
