Works as advertised. I agree with other review that an additional R-16 o-ring seals the connection tight... though I only used 1 o-ring and it worked great. Since I am renting I didn't want to go through the hassle and possible plumbing issues with replacing the arm.

This works like a charm once you get it working right. The most important thing is that you're going to need two o-rings (R-16) to get it to work right. It might come with one, I don't think mine did.
Put the first one in the slot and then kind of hold the second one on top of it while you screw the adapter on to the shower.
And always keep some teflon tape handy, just incase.

I have searched everywhere for a ball end mount shower head. There are really none to be found. This product made my ball end shower arm a standard arm and worked great. The only problem is the included seal isn't enough. I had to add another o-ring to make it work. I am most definately pleased. Beware, there are 2 types - A Gerber and an American Standard. The Gerber is larger. My arm took the American Standard.
