I use this at home, but also gave one to a friend who had a summer place with poor septic and low water pressure -- she loves it (and I did too when I visited)!! Gives a very nice shower even with lower water pressures (better than many non-water-saving shower heads). I also like the shut-off valve on this model so I can "soap up" without redirecting the head or turning off the water.
Before I installed a water filter, it would do better to occasionally clean it out, but considering the poor quality of our water, I thought it did very well (no serious clogs).
