I love using this product. Replacing the spool is very easy. I am DEFINITELY not the "Handyman of the Year" by any means. However, this product is extremely simple to install and use. It makes my life so much easier when it comes to manicuring my yard and garden areas. You do have to ensure you allow only enough line is spooled out. If not, you will use it all very quickly.

Replacing the spool is easy, but getting the correct line tension is difficult. If you let the line too loose, it will all spool out and you'll need to replace it in an hour. If you put the spool in with the line too tight, it won't feed out.
Once you get it right, it works fine, but I find it takes a couple of tries when replacing the line.

The automatic line feed does not work and I have to manually disassemble the spool each time the line breaks. I purchased this trimmer because of the automatic line feed since I previously had trouble with trimmers with the bump feed.
